Запомни: В продакшене: display_errors = Off, log_errors = On. В разработке: display_errors = On, error_reporting = E_ALL. Никогда не показывайте ошибки пользователям в продакшене — это утечка информации.

Ловушка экзамена: set_error_handler() НЕ перехватывает E_ERROR, E_PARSE, E_CORE_ERROR, E_CORE_WARNING, E_COMPILE_ERROR, E_COMPILE_WARNING. Для перехвата фатальных ошибок используйте register_shutdown_function() + error_get_last().
